A More Intentional Way Forward
At PE Silverback Ltd, we believe that personal growth begins with understanding yourself more clearly — how you think, how you respond, and how your everyday patterns influence the direction of your life.
Many of the choices that shape our lives happen in ordinary moments: how we respond to pressure, how we handle setbacks, how we interpret other people, and how we approach the opportunities in front of us.
Greater self-awareness helps us recognise these patterns. The next step is learning how to work with them.
That is the thinking behind The Self-Evolution Process.
Our Approach
The Self-Evolution is a structured personal-development programme designed to help you develop greater awareness, emotional regulation, clearer thinking and more intentional behaviour.
The programme is organised around four connected phases:
Awareness - recognising the thoughts, emotions and patterns influencing your responses.
Regulation - developing practical ways to manage your thoughts, emotions and reactions.
Reframing - examining unhelpful thinking patterns and developing more constructive perspectives.
Integration - applying what you learn to everyday decisions, relationships, challenges and goals.
The emphasis is on practical development, not simply acquiring information. The programme combines guided learning with practical exercises and worksheets to help you put ideas into action.
Start With Understanding
Our assessments offer an opportunity to reflect on your current patterns and how you approach life.
The Driver’s Seat Assessment explores patterns that may influence how you think and respond.
The Intentional Navigation Assessment explores your individual approach to navigating decisions, challenges and opportunities.
Each assessment offers a different perspective. Both can help you identify areas to build on and areas where further development may be valuable.
The assessment helps you see something. The Self-Evolution helps you work with what you see.
Our Aim
Our aim is to make meaningful personal development more accessible, structured and practical — helping people move from automatic reactions towards more considered choices.
We recognise that growth is an ongoing process. The objective is not perfection, but a stronger understanding of yourself and a greater capacity to choose how you respond.

The Self-Evolution — Help Centre
Welcome to the Help Centre for The Self-Evolution. Whether you are exploring our assessments, learning about the programme or already enrolled, this page is designed to help you find the information you need.
If your question is not answered below, please contact us using the details at the end of this page.
1. About The Self-Evolution
What is the Self-Evolution Process?
The Self-Evolution is a structured personal-development programme designed to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, clearer thinking and more intentional behaviour.
The programme is organised into four connected phases: Awareness, Regulation, Reframing and Integration. Each phase builds on the previous one, helping you move from recognising your patterns towards applying what you learn in everyday life.
What will I learn?
The programme explores how thoughts, emotions and established patterns influence behaviour and decision-making. It provides guided learning, practical exercises and worksheets to help you apply the concepts to your own experiences.
For a complete overview, visit The Self-Evolution Process page.
Do I need to complete an assessment before joining?
The assessments offer a useful starting point for understanding your patterns and identifying potential areas for development.
Certain offers may be available to people who have completed the Driver’s Seat Assessment or the Intentional Navigation Assessment and received their personalised results. Please check the terms of the offer presented to you for any eligibility requirements.
Is this a self-paced programme?
Please refer to the programme information and purchase page for the current delivery format, access arrangements and any specific requirements. These details may vary by product.
Is The Self-Evolution a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice?
No. The programme is intended for personal development and education. It does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment or therapy, and it is not a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional.
2. About the Assessments
What is the Driver’s Seat Assessment?
The Driver’s Seat Assessment helps you reflect on patterns that may influence how you think, respond and approach everyday situations. Your results provide a starting point for greater awareness and personal development.
What is the Intentional Navigation Assessment?
The Intentional Navigation Assessment explores your approach to navigating decisions, challenges and opportunities. Your personalised results describe your navigation style, its potential strengths and possible areas for further development.
Are my assessment results a diagnosis?
No. The results are educational and reflective. They are intended to help you consider your patterns and opportunities for growth, not to provide a clinical diagnosis or a definitive judgement about you.
What if I do not agree with my results?
Treat your results as a starting point for reflection rather than a complete description of who you are. Consider which observations resonate with your experience and which may benefit from further thought.
I completed an assessment but cannot find my results. What should I do?
First, check the email address you supplied when completing the assessment, including your spam or junk folder. Allow a reasonable amount of time for any result email to arrive.
If your results are still missing, contact us and tell us which assessment you completed and approximately when. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Can I retake an assessment?
Please follow the instructions provided on the relevant assessment page. If you experience a technical problem or are unsure whether your previous responses were recorded, contact us for assistance.
3. Purchases and Programme Access
How do I purchase The Self-Evolution?
Visit the programme page and follow the purchase instructions. The checkout will display the applicable price and relevant purchase information before you complete your order.
Where can I find the programme I purchased?
Follow the access instructions provided after your purchase. If you have not received them, check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order details so that we can investigate.
I have paid but cannot access my programme. What should I do?
Please check that you are using the correct email address and the access link supplied with your order. You may also wish to try another browser or device.
If the problem continues, contact us and include your order reference, the email address used for the purchase and a brief description of the issue. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
Can I access the programme on a mobile phone or tablet?
Access depends on the compatibility of the relevant website and content platform. Consult the product information for the supported access arrangements. If you experience difficulties, contact us with details of your device and browser.
Are worksheets included?
The Self-Evolution programme includes practical worksheets and exercises intended to help you apply the material. The specific resources available will depend on the programme or product purchased.
Can I share my programme access with someone else?
Programme materials and access are intended for the purchaser unless the relevant offer expressly provides otherwise. The programme content is protected by intellectual-property rights. Please do not share access links or distribute materials without permission.
4. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
What payment methods can I use?
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every purchase.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Your cancellation rights depend on the product purchased, the circumstances and applicable law. Please read our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for details of statutory cancellation rights, digital-content exceptions and how to submit a request.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Any voluntary refund guarantee will be stated clearly in the relevant offer or purchase terms. Unless an offer expressly provides one, do not assume that an additional money-back guarantee applies. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How do I request a refund?
Please consult the Refunds & Cancellations Policy and contact us using the details provided there. Include your order reference and a clear description of your request.
We will assess the request in accordance with the applicable policy and legal requirements.
5. Technical Support

1. Introduction
At The Self-Evolution, we want you to understand what you are purchasing, how access to our programmes works, and what your rights are should you wish to cancel an order or request a refund.
This policy explains the cancellation and refund arrangements for products and digital learning materials provided by PE Silverback Ltd.
Please read this policy before purchasing a programme.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law.

3. Products Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from us through our website or the relevant checkout process.
Our products may include:
Individual Self-Evolution programme series.
The complete Self-Evolution Masterclass.
Digital audio or video lessons and educational materials.
Worksheets, exercises and downloadable resources.
Other digital products or learning resources offered through our website.
The specific product, price, contents and access arrangements will be described on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Where a separate offer or product has additional terms, those terms will apply alongside this policy, provided they are consistent with applicable law.
4. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you purchase digital content online as a consumer, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For digital content supplied electronically, this period generally begins on the day the contract is entered into.
However, special rules apply when you ask for immediate access to digital content.
Where you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that doing so will cause you to lose your statutory right to cancel, that right can be lost once the supply begins, provided the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
These requirements include giving the appropriate information and providing the required confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement.
Simply purchasing a programme or receiving an automated access email does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Where the necessary conditions have not been satisfied, your rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
If your purchase includes a service, subscription or other form of supply rather than solely digital content, different or additional cancellation rules may apply.
5. Immediate Access to Digital Content
The Self-Evolution programmes may provide immediate access to online teaching videos, worksheets, exercises and other digital learning materials following a successful purchase.
Where immediate access is offered, we will explain the relevant cancellation arrangements before you complete your purchase.
Where we intend to begin supplying digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we will obtain your express consent and acknowledgement where required by law.
Where the legal conditions for losing the statutory cancellation right have been met and the supply of digital content has begun, the statutory right to cancel that digital-content contract will no longer apply.
Where those conditions have not been met, we will not rely on this provision to deny a cancellation or refund to which you are legally entitled.
We will also provide the required purchase confirmation and information about your consent and acknowledgement where applicable.
6. How to Request a Cancellation
Where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may inform us of your decision within the applicable cancellation period.
You can contact us using the details in Section 10.
Please include:
Your full name.
The email address used for the purchase.
The programme or product purchased.
Your order number, if available.
A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You do not have to use a particular form of words to exercise a statutory cancellation right. You may use any clear statement communicating your decision to cancel.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you should ensure your cancellation request is sent within the applicable period.
We will acknowledge receipt of cancellation requests where required and provide any further information necessary to process the request.
7. Refunds Following a Valid Cancellation
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right and are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the payments required by law.
For a valid cancellation of a digital-content contract, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements.
Where a refund is due, we will normally use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for making the reimbursement.
We will process refunds within the applicable legal timeframe.
Where a purchase includes multiple products, services or other components, the refund entitlement may depend on the nature of the contract and the applicable legal provisions.
8. Voluntary Refunds and Other Refund Requests
Any voluntary refund or satisfaction guarantee offered in connection with a particular product will be explained in the relevant offer or product terms.
Unless a specific guarantee or additional refund arrangement has been advertised and agreed, we do not promise an automatic refund simply because a customer changes their mind after a valid statutory cancellation right has ended.
However, we will consider individual enquiries fairly and in accordance with our legal obligations.
If you believe that a programme or digital product is faulty, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable law, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
9. Access After Cancellation or Refund
Where a purchase has been validly cancelled and a refund is due, we may take reasonable steps to end access to the cancelled product, where appropriate and permitted by law.
If access to a programme is removed following cancellation, this does not affect any rights you have to a refund or other remedy under applicable law.
Where only part of an order is cancelled, we will consider the applicable contractual terms and legal requirements when determining what access, if any, should remain available.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our products, operational arrangements or legal obligations.

Changes will not remove or retrospectively reduce statutory rights that apply to an existing purchase.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights or remedies available to you.
